Studio 205 is a 350sqft space located on the second floor of an old, historic cigar factory in Tampa, FL. Our building is about 120 years old, and has a ton of character! We encourage you to look around when you come in for your rental appointment. There are plenty of other artists/tenants in the building and we love our neighbors! We simply ask that you be respectful, as they are conducting business as well. We rent our space by the hour, with a two hour minimum. We are “fully furnished” for all types of photography. You will have access to the following with every rental.

• A Full Size Bed

• A Small Couch

• Two V-Flats

• A 9ft Wall Mounted Backdrop System (paper colors are white, black, and eggnog)

• Plenty of Stools, Chairs, Benches, and Other Props

• A Small Refrigerator With Bottled Water

• A Bluetooth speaker for music (please be respectful with the volume)

• WIFI

Please note, we are on the second floor and we do NOT have a working elevator. Please get in touch if you need special accommodations.

We have security cameras in place for your safety and ours! We also manage your appointment time via security camera, and failure to vacate the premises in a timely manner will result in additional hourly charges.

**Studio rentals are for photographers and other working creatives ONLY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY RENTAL, FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME. We will only decline your rental if you are not an active creative professional with an online presence.
